The chin puff is a soul patch that kept growing: a narrow vertical strip from below the lip over the point of the chin. It is deliberately graphic, closer to a drawn line than a beard, and it reads as artistic rather than rugged. Because the covered area is tiny, it grows in fast and asks almost nothing of your cheeks. It is also one of the few styles you can wear long, braided or waxed, jazz-musician style.

Who does it suit?

A statement piece for balanced oval and square faces. It adds length, so long faces should pass, and it leaves a weak chin looking weaker.

How to maintain it

Shave everything around it every other day; the style is only as good as the empty skin framing it. Define the strip's width once and never wander.
